Hi Again ; I Am Jim Duell From Perry, NY And I Now Have A Brand New Konica Minolta DSLR Camera That I Have Been Waiting For Now 3 Months. It Only Took Less Than An Hour To Decide. After Trying It Out At A Camera Store In Depew, NY I Was Hooked On It. I Have 7 Different Minolta Auto Focus Lenses That Will Work Fine With This Camera. I Am So Happy That I Could Just Take Lots Of Pictures. I Will Be Spending A Lot Of Time Reading Over The Manual Again And Again To Make Sure It Does A Super Job In Pictures.

Now It Is The First Of The Year Of 2006 And I Took 7,770 Digital Photos Totally In 2005 At All The Fair's & Festivals That We Attended. I Have Been Using My Tamron AF 18-200mm F/3.5-F/6.3 XR Wide Angle Lens. I Like The Photos That Are Taken With It. This Is My Second Digital Lens That I Have. We Have Been A Lot Of Places This Past Summer For Great Looking Pictures. I Have Been Building Websites Like This One And Posted About 70 Pictures On Each Site.

Along With The Konica Minolta 7D Body It Also Came With Konica Minolta AF 28 - 100 f/3.5 - 5.6 (D) Lens, RC-1000 3' Remote Cord, 512 mb Compact Flash Card, NP-400 Battery, Screen Protector, 55mm Polarizer Filter. In The Fall Of 2005 I Got  A New Tamron AF18-200mm F/3.5 - 6.3 XR LD Aspherical ( IF ) Macro Lens. I have been using my new 7D since early 2005 and all the photos on this site have been taken with this new camera. These photos had to be resized from 3008 X 2000 down to 500 X 350 to fit on the site. With the camera I got a Dimage Viewer Program to be able to do a lot of different things with each picture that I take.

Back in March of 2006 I purchased a new Toshiba A/105 Laptop with a 80 Gig Hard Drive to be able to take a computer with us on all our weekends away. I will be able to download a picture card and then print photos and reuse the card again for more pictures. This will be a great convience especially when I take 500 to 1000 pictures at one days shoot. I will probably get a new Lexar 2 Gig picture card this summer for more pictures.

This Is One Of My Favorite Places For Taking Pictures When There Are No Fair's Or Festivals Going On. I Have A Lot Of Photos Of The Before & After Shots Of The Depot Reconstruction Back In 2002 & 2003. I Come Down Here About Three Or Four Times A Year To See Whats Different. Took this shot in January of 2006 while visiting the depot. The temperture was in the 50's today and the sun was great. Will probably be back after the depot museum opens on April 05, 2006.
